Key pickup at security desk, lockbox or alternative arrangements will be made to avoid meet and greets whenever possible. This will ensure social distancing as much as possible. Specific details will be provided in your reservation confirmation.
Some properties are requesting registration forms and a copy of photo ID to be provided electronically prior to arrival to avoid direct contact with management onsite for those properties that require this information upon arrival.
Any specific forms or details required will be noted by your Corporate Housing Specialist at time of booking.
As a means of honouring this recommendation and for the health and safety of all guests, staff members and the community, most properties have temporarily suspended housekeeping service and are limiting or restricting access to common building amenities and facilities in an effort to reduce contact between people and slow the spread of the virus.
In lieu of housekeeping, management may request a quick inspection of your suite. In those instances, we will notify you prior to ensure proper notice. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
For those that are required to self isolate/quarantine upon arrival for 14 days, one of the main challenges is obtaining groceries and/or essential items. Some properties are providing an initial package prior to arrival.
However, we recommend guests are able to arrange grocery delivery thru online ordering with major grocery stores to help keep management employees and guests from further risk by allowing them to avoid extra trips to the grocery stores. Many online grocery order calendars are backing up, so we would recommend ordering what you need in advance of arrival to ensure a delivery date that works for you.
Based on the guidance of Provincial and Federal governments, everyone is being asked to keep a minimum of 6 feet between persons as part of social distancing.

Although this may be an inconvenience, it will maintain the social distancing requirements and help with the health and safety of everyone. Thank you for your cooperation in advance during these unprecedented times.
